Level Two — $50

- One 45 minute phone call (or if local to Harrisonburg, VA an in-person meeting) to discuss the following:

- Add on customized 4-week renewable workout program customized to address your needs: $50 (Renewal means that I customize your training program monthly based on your goals and monthly progressions.)
Level Three — $100 (most popular)
- The Personal Macronutrient Profile includes a full program write-up on how to best meet your goals with suggestions on exercise routine, water consumption, nutrition timing, supplement advice, and peri-workout nutrition advice.
- A typical program write-up includes target macros (total caloric intake divided up between proteins, carbs, and fats), with weekly goal numbers the client will follow in order to reach target macros. The initial programming is typically a 4-6 week program working to help get clients back on track with proper caloric intake–also working to get metabolism functioning at optimal levels. Once the client reaches target macros for a set amount of weeks, further sessions may be needed so that client will learn how to adjust his/her macros to help reach performance and aesthetic goals.

- Handouts explaining all you need to know about Carbohydrates, Sugar, Protein, and Fats
- A handout on the importance of micronutrients and nutrition optimization

- A sample schedule that shows how to partition your macros each day based on your workouts.
- This plan also includes advice about food choices and nutritional timing; information on carbohydrate cycles and re-feeds; reverse dieting and metabolic damage issues will be applied where appropriate.

- $25/month macronutrient programming after initial programming
As a client, you can add on a customized 4-week renewable workout program for $50. (Renewal means that I customize your training program monthly based on your goals and monthly progressions.)
Level Four — $400
- In this uniquely customized coaching program, you receive six one-on-one coaching sessions (in-person or over the phone). Each week will focus on the following sessions:
- Week 1: The importance of finding your “Why,” and your willingness to change. We’ll dig deep to find exactly what and where you need to make your biggest life-changes.
- Weeks 2-4: We’ll dive right into the education you need on the three macronutrients: Carbs, Fats, and Protein. You’ll learn more about food, nutrition that your body needs, how to eat better for your goals, peri-workout nutrition, nutrient timing for optimal results, micronutrient optimization, hydration goals, and more.
- Week 5: We’ll tackle food prep and meal planning, fitness routines, and the benefits of movement and quality exercise.
- Week 6: Nutrition and exercise are the foundation, but the success for lifelong changes come through stress, energy, and time management; good sleep; and learning how to love yourself wherever you are in your transformation. You’ll learn how to rewire your brain for positivity, learn how to implement a better morning routine that garners increased energy and improved time management; and you will learn how to practice affirmations that lead you to life of well-rounded health, wellness, and happiness.

Once we receive your form, we will send you a PayPal invoice from Walker-Wimer Group, LLC. You will receive your first consultation email/macro evaluation within 48 hours of payment processing. Please allow for an extra 24 hours if purchasing between Friday 5pm — Sunday 5pm.
