Macronutrient evaluation and full program write-up on how to best meet your goals with suggestions on exercise routine, water consumption, nutrition timing, supplement advice, and peri-workout nutrition advice.
A typical program write-up includes target macros (total caloric intake divided up between proteins, carbs, and fats), with weekly goal numbers the client will follow in order to reach target macros. The initial programming is typically a 4-6 week program working to help get clients back on track with proper caloric intake–also working to get metabolism functioning at optimal levels. Once the client reaches target macros for a set amount of weeks, further sessions may be needed so that client will learn how to adjust his/her macros to help reach performance and aesthetic goals.

Athlete Nutrition Program
We meet or chat three times.
Mtg 1: (45-60 minutes) Information gathering. You tell me everything about your training, your lifestyle, your goals. We talk about foods, supplements, peri-workout nutrition timing, water intake, sleep, recovery, and more.
Mtg 2: (45-60 minutes) After our first meeting, I take all the information gathered and create a program that helps you meet your goals. During meeting two, I explain the program, discuss more about the theories of peri-workout nutrition, and answer any questions you have.
Mtg 3: (45-60 minutes) After you put your program into play for a couple of weeks, we meet back up to discuss progress and we make any tweaks needed to the program.
