My clients will learn how to make new, sustainable healthy habits that will help them gain an increased mental and physical well being, strength, and confidence. Clients can expect to see a decrease in health issues all while learning to balance a fun, active life with proper fitness and health.
I have been coaching online and in person for two years now. I have helped many people work around injuries and strengthen weaknesses in order to get them stronger for general fitness as well as competition.
I have spent several years working beside dietitians–learning from them as well as my own studies and personal trials with nutrition. I have tested several different nutritional methods and know how to apply them all to fit each individual for optimum results.
A little bit more about me:
I’m tough love and will not babysit you but I’m not mean and I will keep you accountable. I’ll help you increase your mental toughness and show you what you’re capable of. I’m here to teach you to take care of yourself and help you reach your goals…not just to take money and send you on your way. Your success is my success. I’m sarcastic, a little down to earth and some people say I’m funny…you be the judge of that. But I’ve always gotten great results with my programming and have yet to receive negative feedback!
My Coaching Packages:
- For coaching with weekly check ins via email/Skype with nutrition included , $150 a month. (Without macros is $100)
- For a 12 week program with macros $100
- For a 12 week program without macros, $75
- For a weight loss 12 week program with macros $75.
- For weight loss 12 week without macros, $50.
- For weight loss with coaching/support – $125 /month
