After weightlifting for two years and CrossFitting for nine months, I was struggling with balancing the ability to gain muscle and get lean. I had tried a couple of programs but despite my commitment, my body stayed the same and I knew I needed to cut fat to improve my abilities. I decided to try StrongFigure coaching and working with Stephanie changed my life! I did a 12 week program and everything was personalized to my specific needs. During those 12 weeks, I lost a clothing size and gained 10 pounds on my squat, deadlift, and snatch. I was also able to do a strict pull up- a goal I had been working towards for two and a half years!
Tori’s knowledge of food and exercise has been the key factor in my success, helping me to make gains and reach goals that I never thought possible. She has held me accountable (which I need) in a positive and encouraging manner.
